A bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated 62-12-30, relating to probation and parole; adding certain sanctions for violations of probation and parole; providing for a system of graduated sanctions; establishing the conditions of community supervision; granting authority to impose graduated sanctions; providing for the monitoring of graduated sanctions; defining terms; and requiring rule-making.
