Dr. Hawken is Director of the NYU Marron Institute of Urban Management and Director of the Litmus program, which promotes innovation and experimentation in the public sector.
Ms. Prueter is a Research Scholar in the Litmus program at NYU’s Marron Institute. She manages a portfolio of technical-assistance projects in reentry, mental health, and substance use.
Mr. Mansky is a Senior Research Scholar in the Litmus program at NYU’s Marron Institute. He leads efforts on community-based criminal-justice reform.
Ms. Coronado is a Research Scholar in the Litmus program at NYU’s Marron Institute. She coordinates the Family-Based Justice Center.
Ms. Arango-Franco is a consultant to the Litmus program at NYU’s Marron Institute. She develops data-analytic and visualization tools for SCF.
Ms. Smith is a Research Scholar in the Litmus program at NYU’s Marron Institute. She assists with data-quality assurance, fidelity monitoring, data management, and project coordination.
Lina Cook is a Assistant Research Scientist in the Litmus program of the NYU Marron Institute. She has a Masters in Applied Statistics for Social Science Research from NYU. Prior to NYU, she earned a bachelor’s degree in statistics with a minor in philosophy at Brigham Young University. As an undergraduate student, she worked as a data scientist and computer programmer for the BYU library, creating a centralized data table of university publications and performing exploratory analyses on library services. Her previous research includes prison-education program evaluation and analysis of heart-rate variability in psychological treatments. She enjoys working with the Litmus program to use data and statistics to bring social change and innovation to the public sector.
Raj Choudhary is a Data Scientist in the Litmus program of the NYU Marron Institute. He is interested in how data is utilized to understand a problem and make more informed decisions that lead to more impactful outcomes. Choudary holds a Master of Science in Data Science at the NYU Center for Data Science and a bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, India. Raj’s career goal is to work as a Data Scientist to analyze problems from the lens of data and bring innovative solutions to various issues.
Mr. Booker is a Research Scholar in the Litmus program at NYU’s Marron Institute. He develops and maintains the SCF Center’s website and databases.
