Juvenile Justice Crime Prevention Act in Los Angeles: A Case Study on Advocacy & Collaborative Reform

JJCPA funds support the creation and implementation of a county’s “Comprehensive Multi-Agency Juvenile Justice Plan” (CMJJP) that provides a “continuum of responses to juvenile crime and delinquency and demonstrates a collaborative and integrated approach for implementing a system of swift, certain, and graduated responses for at-risk youth and juvenile offenders.”
