Rochester, New York, crime stoppers: Probation vs. parole

Monroe County Office of Probation Officer Meany talked a little bit about the difference between probation and parole, as well as the pilot program he works with called Swift, Certain, and Fair, where he supervises a small group of high risk young men who are typically gang involved and who are on for violent felonies.
